1. This is a 60 day recurring sweepstakes promotion with one (1) prize being awarded for each sweepstakes. Aria Medi Spa will award one (1) prize at the end of the prize period. The prize is a Whole Body Anti Aging Cryo Therapy Spa package valued at $380.00.
2. No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion
3. Sweepstakes must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
4. The prize winner will receive a Whole Body Anti Aging Cryo Therapy Day Spa package. Any costs in excess of prize value is sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner.
5. Prize winner must take advantage of prize within 30 days of winning date.
6. Health reasons may not permit certain spa treatments. Aria Medi Spa staff will determine this on a case by case basis.
7. The sweepstakes winner must comply with all the instructions in the prize notification correspondence which will include prize winner having to fill out and complete all online registration paper work prior to receiving services and meet all eligibility requirements set forth within these rules.
