We prefer that you make an appointment for your visit; however we do accept walk-ins based on availability. You can schedule an appointment by phone, email or text message. We require providing demographic information such as first and last name, DOB, address, phone number, email and other.
If you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please indicate it at the time of booking. If no preference is indicated at the time of booking, we will provide you with the first available professional. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointments. This will allow adequate time for you to fill out your form, change, and get ready for your treatment. Arriving late for your appointment may deprive you of an optimal experience as your treatment will end on time, regardless of how late it began. The therapist who is providing services, reserves the right to withhold or alter certain portions of treatments at any time based on the information provided by the client that pertains to allergies, sensitivities, pre-existing medical conditions, or other reasons deemed necessary by the therapist.
We provide all treatments to age 14 & up. Anyone over 14 and below 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult. Teenagers will be provided with same sex service providers. In other words a female teenager client is only allowed to receive services from female service providers.
Please let your service professional or receptionist know of any medical, physical or personal concerns before the treatment.
You have the right to stop treatment at any time during the first 15 minutes of the service if you are not satisfied. If we cannot provide a replacement we will reschedule the service at no additional cost to you. However, dissatisfaction after service is complete will not be honored.
Cell Phones and Electronic Devices
A quiet environment promotes an atmosphere of relaxation and respect. We ask that you please refrain from using your cell phone and other electronic devices while visiting.
Clients are responsible for the payment of all services provided by Aria MediSpa. Services must be prepaid at the time of booking appointments.
In the event that a payment made by Check, Bank Draft, or Credit Card is not honored by the Client’s Financial Institution (Non-sufficient funds), Aria MediSpa will issue a $50 fee for each returned payment.
Clients are responsible for paying outstanding balances in full.
Aria MediSpa reserves the right to forward any balances that have been outstanding for an extended period of time (without notifying Aria MediSpa of any changes to demographic, account, or other information that is required to process payments) to a collection agency or legal counselor, if needed; The client will be responsible for the costs of collections, including but not limited to collection agency fees, court cost, administrative costs, and legal fees that may be incurred by Aria MediSpa.
Gratuity is not included in the price of the service. Gratuities are typically 15-20% of the retail price of the service. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based upon your satisfaction.
Many people put off improving their appearance because of the possible high costs associated with the necessary treatments and products. We feel you shouldn't wait any longer to look and feel your best. We have established credible relationships with a few of the leading finance organizations who can provide you with the funds necessary to pay for all or part of your treatments. We understand that this investment in you is significant – and we want to provide the best payment options possible.
Many of our clients prefer to finance this investment themselves – others take advantage of financing. ARIA MediSpa offers qualified borrowers the ability to finance their procedure through one of our financing business partners, and make low monthly payments over an extended period of time. It’s not necessary to delay a treatment you want, or worry about paying for everything up front. We are able to establish credit lines within minutes – making it quick and simple to schedule your treatments.
At the time of your consultation, our patient coordinator will work with you to determine which financing plan will best meet your needs. To expedite the process, you may also apply for financing online. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash.
Gift Certificates are not valid with any other special offers. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift certificates purchased at a specific dollar value cannot be used toward gratuity. The gift Certificate must be presented before services are rendered, otherwise an alternative form of payment will be expected. Aria Medi Spa is not responsible for the unauthorized use of any lost or stolen gift certificates or any damage to gift certificates after they have been purchased with a valid form of payment.
Tax and Fee
All products subject to 6 % VA state tax;
All services and packages subject to 2.9 % processing fee.
Refund and Exchange
No refunds will be given for services that have been purchased but you can exchange your service to another. Spa credit may be issued in some cases, at the discretion of Aria MediSpa. Products may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Clients must notify Aria MediSpa of appointment cancellations or time changes, at least 24 hours prior to their originally scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of $50. For no show and no call we will charge your account with non-refundable fee of 100% of the total booking.
Services to Minors
Aria MediSpa will provide massage therapy and skin care services to minors under the age of eighteen (18) only if a parent/guardian is present in the treatment room for the entire time that the services take place.
Aria MediSpa does not provide skin care services to minors under the age of twelve (12).
A parent/guardian of any minor under the age of eighteen (18) must provide written permission in person at the initial consultation, prior to the minor receiving any service.
The parent/guardian may provide written permission by filling out Aria MediSpa’s Treatment Consent form in the presence of an Aria MediSpa staff member.
Aria MediSpa is not responsible for loss or theft of personal items or articles.
