Classes Description

Hot Yoga 26+2 – Bikram 90 min

  • Practiced in the hot room, around 105 Degrees, 40% humidity
  • All postures are for beginners
  • Each class repeats 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises
  • Almost every posture is repeated 2 times
  • First 45 minutes standing sequence, then postures on the floor

  • Set sequence, floor postures are stringed together, less pause between the postures

Barre Class

  • Practiced at room temperature, around 80 Degrees

  • Postures held 2-5 minutes
  • Slow relaxing pace
  • More meditative, gentle approach of yoga - popular among beginners

What to expect during your consultation…

  1. General Evaluation and Consultation consists of a VISIA Complexion Analysis and Full Body DEXA Composition Test.

  2. VISIA Analysis Scan captures key visual information of your skin, measure your skin pigmentation, pore size,  UV spots, photo damage, texture and wrinkles.

  3. Our Full Body Composition Scan reveals important information regarding body composition, fat, muscle mass, and bone density.
