HOT YOGA 26+2 – BIKRAM 90 MIN

  • Practiced in the hot room, around 105 Degrees, 40% humidity
  • All postures are for beginners
  • Each class repeats 26 postures and 2 breathing exercise
  • Almost every posture is repeated 2 times
  • First 45 minutes standing sequence, then postures on the floor
