Complimentary Access to Spa Amenities Monday-Thursday, Friday-Sunday with appointment and based on availability. (Spa Amenities include: Salt Room, Sauna, Steam room, and Spa Lounge. Please note that some amenities may require the assistance of a provider.
Cancellation or Rescheduling Fees.
Things come up at the last minute, right? We completely understand! This is why we offer anyone in our membership program the option to cancel and /or reschedule their appointments 6 hours prior appointment, for no extra cost.
For no show and no call, we will charge your account with non-refundable fee of 100% of the total booking.
Membership discounts can be applied to single services only and can not be used with other discounts and promotions. Membership may be paused for up to two months per calendar year.
