ABOUT ARIA YOGA STUDIO
Our mission is to offer yoga and meditation classes, workshops, and teacher training to our local community in a clean, beautiful, stress free environment. We encourage you to experience the classes with an open mind and heart.
Whether you’re a beginner or a yoga veteran, there is a class for you. Learn the ropes with a Restorative Yoga class or kick up the intensity with an invigorating Vinyasa Flow class. Whatever your decision, our friendly certified teachers will guide you.
Every Hot Yoga class is a drop in, and we do encourage you to set up an account and fill out the waiver form online before coming to class. The online system also allows you to view classes, teachers, and your account information.
Yoga is a deeply personal practice, so above all else, it’s important that you love where you do it. A few reasons why you’ll love practicing at our new 2000 sq. ft. Himalayan Salt Rock Studio:
– A special eco -friendly soft floor and acoustic ceiling;
– Himalayan Salt Wall forms natural microclimate, through convective diffusion from the salt walls combined with controlled temperature and humidity. This creates a hypo-bacterial and allergen-free air environment. Inhalation of salt aerosol is clinically proven to cleanse the respiratory system of the human body and to speed up elimination of toxins;
– Controlled environments: humidity, CO₂, ozone, anti-bacterial, and anti-mold treated air;
– Marvelous sound effects accompanied with harmonic lighting;

Our green-minded Studio AMENITIESalso includes spacious changing rooms with multi showers, personal lockers, and private changing areas and restrooms.
We provide toiletries, soaps, shampoos and hair dryers to make it easy to start your morning (or any time of the day) with us.

Our yoga studio is a part of Aria Wellness Center that offers many services and treatments to help you restore yourself and find health.
Our services are intended to restore balance and communication between mind, body, and spirit.
LOCATION
We are located at Regal Center in Sterling where you’ll find many options just outside our door to stroll, shop, grab some tea or meet friends for a post-yoga bite of healthy food. For your convenience, we have three company Aria Yoga Center, Aria Wellness Center and Aria MediSpa located in the same building on first and second floor.
Our passes and memberships are good at all, so pick the one and mix it up .
