At Aria Yoga Studio, we are committed to creating a happy, healthy, and safe environment where you can de-stress, rejuvenate, and elevate your mind, body, and soul. Your well-being is our top priority, and we ask for your cooperation in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming community for all. Here’s everything you need to know about our COVID-19 protocols, safety measures, and our cancellation policy.
COVID-19 Guidelines for Students
Your health and safety are our highest priority, and we’re proud to provide a space that promotes well-being in every aspect. Please review the following guidelines and help us maintain a safe, welcoming studio for everyone.
1. Register Online Before You Arrive
To ensure safe capacity limits and provide a smooth experience, we ask that you reserve your spot online prior to attending class. This helps us maintain safe distancing and allows us to prepare for your arrival.
2. Mask Policy
- Fully vaccinated students are not required to wear masks during class.
- For those who prefer to wear a mask, you are welcome to do so.
3. Stay at Home if You’re Feeling Unwell
- If you experience flu-like symptoms (e.g., cough, shortness of breath, fatigue), or have been in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, we kindly ask that you stay at home and rest. Your health is important, and we look forward to welcoming you back once you feel better!
4. Hand Hygiene
We ask all students to wash their hands before and after class, and after using the restroom. Hand sanitizers are available at the front desk for your convenience.
5. Bring Your Own Mats, Towels, and Props
For everyone’s safety, no rental services are available at this time. Please bring your own mat, towel, and any props you may need for class. We’re here to support you in any way we can!
Studio Safety Measures – Keeping You Safe
We are proud to offer an ultra-safe and hygienic space for your yoga practice. Here’s how we ensure your safety:
- Strict COVID-19 protocols are followed in every class.
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: We clean, disinfect, and sanitize the yoga room, countertops, door handles, and bathroom fixtures multiple times each day.
- UVC Germicidal Lamps: To enhance our safety measures, we’ve installed UVC germicidal lamps in the yoga room, lobby, and both men's and women's bathrooms. UVC radiation is a proven disinfectant for air and surfaces, helping to kill bacteria and viruses, ensuring that the space you practice in is always clean and safe.
Cancellation Policy
We want to make sure you get the most out of your yoga practice, so we have a flexible cancellation policy in place:
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 hours before your class to avoid a cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, the full class fee will be charged.

COVID Guidelines For Students

Masks
Fully vaccinated student do not need to wear a mask.
Stay At Home
If you exhibit any flu like symptoms, such as cough, shortness of breath, breathing difficulties, or if you were exposed to a COVID–19 case, please, stay at home. Please, stay at home if you were exposed to any COVID case in the last 14 days or show a positive test result from a doctor.
Hands
Please, wash your hands before and after coming to the studio and after using restrooms. Hand sanitizer is also available at the front desk for your convenience.
Mats, Towels, Props
There is no rental service at this time. Bring your own mat and towel.
What We Do
The Yoga Studio at Aria MediSpa provides the most exclusive yoga environment in the area. We strictly follow COVID-19 protocols. We clean, sanitize and disinfect the yoga room, countertops, door handles, and bathroom fixtures multiple times a day. We recently added UVC germicidal lamps to the yoga room, lobby, men’s and women’s bathrooms.
