Every interaction I had at this spa was so pleasant and professional. When I initially called to make an appointment, the nice receptionist talked me through all their different services and even helped me to get a better discount by going with one of their packages rather than just picking single services. Once you’re there, it’s very clean and tranquil. I received a sugar scrub and facial during my visit, very relaxing! I felt very comfortable the whole time I was there and all the employees were very knowledgeable and open to questions. I walked away with a relaxed demeanor, smooth skin, and some nice PCA skin products. Definitely will be visiting again!

I got permanent make-up for my eyebrows and eyeliner at Aria MediSpa recently.
Valeria did a wonderful job. She explaining the treatment to me in great detail. She also suggested the color and shape that are suitable for my face. Valeria did a very professional work and spent a lot of time to make me happy. I love both results the eyebrows and the eyes. I’m considering getting permanent make-up for my lips. It’s really nice not to have to worry about doing your makeup every morning J

I decided to throw out the New Years resolutions and start off the New Year with New life resolutions. Small steps to improve my overall health and brighten my outlook on the coming of Spring. With this said, I started at Aria MediSpa for a day of speciality treatments. AMAZING! Every moment of my experience was met with a warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional individual. I had a message, Venik sauna treatment and facial. Top it off with a glass of champagne and I felt the years and tension in my lower back slipping away.
Aria MedSpa is now my go to for all of my spa needs. With professional customer services, amazing and customized treatment plans and, of course, Groupon specials, there is no reason not to treat yourself.

Aria’s entrance is through the parking lot next to the Countryside McDonalds. It is part of a medical office building and has a new/clean/clinical doctors feeling (medi-spa. get it?).
I always go to Navan for my facials here. She knows her stuff and can recommend great treatments for my skin type. You’ll receive the most thorough extractions you’ve ever had in your life from her. You’re getting the help that you’re paying for — don’t be afraid of a little pain. But also do speak up if you tend to scar easily in certain spots. I think I developed 2-3 new permanent blood spots.
My skin has been doing much better since I’ve been going for regular facials. I’ve been busy but have been meaning to schedule a chemical peel with her next time I get a break from work.
The clock starts as soon as you enter the room, not when they start your treatment on the table. So show up early / on time! If anything goes wrong (like your specialist doesn’t show up), they’ll admit their faults and make it up to you. I really appreciate that instead of making excuses like some people will.

I love this MediSpa!! I have had several services done here. I first began going with a special for a spa day for two, which I bought as a Mother’s Day present for my mom. She ended up getting stuck in traffic as she doesn’t live in state, so Aria not only did not charge me a cancellation fee, but also let me use that credit towards another service in the future. Great customer service!
I used my credit to get a facial with Zula, who is amazing. She really knows her stuff. She has recommended many products to me, all of which have been fabulous.
I then bought a laser hair removal package for my legs and bikini line. Their specials for laser hair removal are AWESOME! You will not find anywhere cheaper. They have the latest technology and knowledgable staff performing the service. I just finished my legs and they are pretty much hair-free!
There are so many services I plan to get in the future. I seriously love this place!

I’ve had laser hair removal before at a fancy spa in Georgetown, but it really never fully got rid of the hair on my underarms. After that, I was sort of skeptical of the whole procedure, given that I’m very pale with dark brown hair and thus the poster child for laser hair removal. I recently did a bit of research on the lasers, and turns out that maybe my first experience wasn’t as successful as I wanted because of a weak laser. I bought a groupon for 6 treatments for my underarms here after my boyfriend had a super successful session on his back, and I have zero regrets. My underarm hair has not grown back and I’ve only had one session! I’m down to shaving once a week, and that’s really only for the 1 or 2 hairs that grow in. The lady who does it is fast and effective. The spa is clean and friendly. The staff overall gets an A+. I wouldn’t recommend going ANYWHERE else for laser hair removal. You’ll get actual results here.

Ive been to spa’s many times. I received a spa Package from Aria as a gift from a friend who thought because I worked so much overnight and it was my birthday that I needed to be pampered. I didn’t know where I was going. I arrive the the staff was so nice. After completing a little short survey about myself went back. To make a long story short my package included champagne, cheeses, chocolate, chocolate body wrap, sauna w honey, i think i recieved two massages the treatment was so good. Lol i also received a facial scrub and detoxing. I loved it the staff made sure you were comfortable from start to finish. I believe i was pampered for like 5hrs. Also they have really good deals on their website and also groupon. I would recommend this place as a nice gift.

I booked my appointment over the phone with aria medispa for my laser treatment and from the begining the experience was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I arrived at the spa it is very beautiful and the ambiance is perfect for a high end spa. The wait time was not bad at all and the technician was very nice. She made me feel comfortable and offered various solutions for my skin problems. I didn’t felt any sale pressure. All in all it was great experience and would definitely recommend it to all my friends.

I am just so impressed with Aria Medispa!! I have been going there since it opened last summer in 2013 and all of my appointments were very positive and pleasant experiences. This is a very nice, clean and modern environment to really relax and enjoy being away from the riff-raff of our busy lives that we live in.
All of the staff are very friendly and attentive to my needs. They are all consummate professionals who really care about you and all their clients. I was so relaxed that I will do it again in the near future. I have tried most of their services that they offer and I think all of them are my favorite.
I am going to try something new on my next visit and it is called the Moroccan Breeze Day Spa. I cannot wait. I used to usually do just massages and scrubs and never thought that I would do half day spas and so on but now I just love going to the spa to just escape life even if it is just for a few hours. I highly recommend this establishment for all your Spa needs.

This my second visit to Aria medispa. The first time, I got a surprise from my fiance for the Couples Massage package. We both had a great time, and I definitely wanted to go back. For my second visit last Saturday, I got the Anniversary spa package for 145$, which included body scrub, massage, body wrap and a facial with LED treatment. When I was buying the deal over phone, I was told that I could opt for a acne facial. But in my reminder email, it still says Seasonal facial, and I was asked to pay 50$ extra if I wanted an acne facial. I settled for the seasonal facial as I was pretty sure it will be good.
I did not want the Venik treatment and the receptionist readily swapped it with the Bochka treatment.
During my session, I was received very well by the receptionist and was immediately directed to Autumn, who did my Bochka treatment, and body massage. She was very diligent and knows what she is doing. She was extra attentive towards my problem areas during my massage session.
Felt heavenly after my massage. I was offered a fruit platter, with hot tea and champagne. Very calming!!!Then came my facial session with some Asian lady. She was a master Esthetician, and I was very excited about the session, but was utterly disappointed. She was very rough in the way she handled my face. I have very sensitive skin and the lady kept scrubbing my face with a towel/sponge. The scalp massage was OK. I have a breakout today…dang!!!z
Although, she had some good input regarding different acne masks/facials and treatments, I would not have another session with her. I was not given an LED treatment which was included in the package.The facial was followed the body scrub and body wrap, with Autumn, which were great.
My skin was soft and glowing when I got out. The foot massage during the body wrap session was great, very relaxing. Aria has become my got-to spa and I would definitely go back. I already recommended this place to my friends…
