Bliss Out at Aria with Guided Meditation!

Aria’s Yoga Studio team is happy to announce the addition of Guided Meditation with Kelly DeMarce to their Schedule of Classes.

Join Kelly every Wednesday from 8:30pm – 9:30pm, and on the last Sunday of every month from 6pm – 7pm, when she will lead you through the steps necessary for achieving a meditative state and reaching a profound state of relaxation, healing and growth. Beginners are welcome and encouraged!

The mental and physical health benefits of a regular meditation practice are well documented. The positive effects of a mindfulness routine include:
