This is hands down the best spa in Sterling! I'm someone who's no stranger to the stress that comes from a fast paced city life. We work, shop, party, entertain and try to keep up with our changing environment. So how are we supposed to relax and wind down? That's where ARIA Medispa comes in. I can honestly say this is the best spa in Northern Virginia as I believe It's the little things that make a spa amazing. When you first walk in, it's like stepping into a different world. It's cool and relaxing, and the staff are helpful and unceasingly friendly. It was my first time there, so I was shown where to change into my cushy robe, offered tea and a trip to the sauna, which was right in the locker room if I wanted. The lounge was warm and relaxing with comfortable chairs that I just wanted to curl up next to and nap. Just a beautiful atmosphere that made me feel extremly comfortable. Within minutes I met my therapist, Sara, and was led to the treatment room. I immediately noticed how gorgeous the beds were; leaves fanned across the soft blankets. There was much attention to detail that made it extremly inviting. And the massage... WOW! I have extremely tense muscles that require a lot of work and before he was even done I could feel the stress leaving my body. His technique offered the perfect amount of pressure and balanced movements so it was effective AND soothing. All my concerns were addressed and he went above and beyond, instructing me on stretches to relieve my specific muscle tension. I was in a bit of a rush as I was leaving, but still noted all the amenities they offered in the women's room from cold water with lemon slices to products that I didn't expect. The woman at the front desk Kaur was extremely nice as I was leaving, giving me Aria card, on which he had written a friendly note and product recommendations. They showed me the products but were in no way pushy which I really appreciated. I got to peruse my options freely to make my own decisions. This really is one of the best spas in Sterling and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a break from life with people who honestly care about making you feel your best.

Aria Medispa is an amazing place. They're open last year and the spa looks gorgeous! Add to that the fantastic location Dulles Town Center Mall and Country Side blvd. and you'll feel like a million bucks coming and going here. I've never had trouble parking in the area.. If you need a snack before your treatment, stop by the Starbucks on the corner. One thing I didn't even know to ask about when visiting a MedISpa was the quality of the equipment: Aria MediSpa uses the top-of-the-line laser for laser hair removal, which really helps with the pain of the procedure (which isn't that bad). I've also had an eMatrix facial (they have a great deal running right now that made it barely more expensive than an ordinary facial ... and the results are stunning), skin analysis, and botox. Everyone at the spa is well trained, completely professional, and super friendly and nice. I HIGHLY recommend ARIA Medispa!

Went for a facial/chemical peel under a online deal and found the place to be clean and somewhat inviting. I enjoyed my facial and was all around pretty good.
