Laughter Yoga workshop – $30
Everyone has heard the phrase “Laughter is the best medicine” but what does that actually mean? In this workshop we will explore the practice of Laughter Yoga as a means to healing and reconnecting with your youthful inner child. Through a combination of laughter exercises and deep yogic breathing, we will create an open space for expression, acceptance, creativity, joy, and childlike playfulness. In addition to the receiving the mental and health benefits of laughter, we will experience its ability to dissolve stress, reduce pain, increase focus, improve our mood, and build meaningful relationships. By its very nature, Laughter Yoga raises self-confidence while simultaneously building resilience against life’s difficulties through the practice of daily laughter.
