Aria has implemented critical changes in the way we operate on a day-to-day basis in order to provide an exceptional experience for every one of our guests. Most notably, we welcome the arrival of our new management team to the Aria MediSpa family: Ali Hemmat, General Manager; Angela Otero, Guest Experience Manager; Elizabeth Tran, Communications Director; and Dagmar Benesova, Yoga Studio Manager.
As Aria’s new GM, Ali brings with him years of leadership in spa management, and a foundational background in business. He has made it his mission to ensure an extraordinary guest experience. In addition to pursuing further training for our service providers, he has already facilitated the adoption of enhanced safety and sanitation standards to best protect the health and wellness of us all. Angela, Elizabeth, and Dagmar round out the management team with over a decade of collective experience, which has prepared them to enact positive change at Aria Medispa. We will work ceaselessly towards this commitment to excellence.
