I found out about this particular spa through Groupon a few months back and I’m so glad I bought the facial/chemical peel package. It was easy to schedule the appointment to my convenience and the price was perfect, I even added a mask just because I loved the place. I have since been back and even though it was months since my first time, Navan (the master esthetician) still remembered me! She is so nice and has the best skin! I drive an hour and ten minutes just to go to this particular spa and I tell everyone I know about it! Absolutely love it!

I LOVE this place. I came here in March/April of 2014 for the Signature Spa package. Everybody was amazing, from check in to check out. This is my new go to spa for ALL services.
FYI: I am very picky when it comes to facials and Valeria (sp) was AMAZING.

I have been going to Aria Spa for the last three months, however, let me tell you about my Moroccan Day relaxation yesterday! It was an amazing 4.5 plus hours of extreme relaxation and pampering! First, Zula gave me an incredible facial! My face looked fantastic this morning and well moisturized. I am looking forward to scheduling a chem peel in the next couple of weeks. Then I was greeted by Tosha who gave me an hour swedish massage and the Moroccan body scrub which included a scalp massage and wash! Part of the Moroccan Day experience was sitting in the Botchka for 25 minutes or so. By the time I left Aria MediSpa I was very relaxed and felt like a million bucks! This spa is great little oasis in Sterling! This was a much needed day of relaxation after my two weeks of travel due to my job. 🙂

I highly recommend Aria MediSpa! I have tried several spas in the Northern Virginia area, but none have been better than my visit to Aria. Upon walking in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a soft ambiance, which immediately made me feel calm. I was offered a drink and food while I completed the necessary paperwork. Everything was impeccably timed. I went with my sister and while she was changing they provided a complimentary wait in the sauna to help soothe my muscles before my facial and massage. Each member of the staff was extremely nice, professional, and attentive, not conceited and pompous like many other spas. Valeria, my esthetician, was thorough in applying the appropriate cleansers, masks, and moisturizers. As she positioned a steam nozzle over my face, she provided recommendations and massaged the remaining ingredients to complete the facial.
After my facial, I was guided to the waiting room where I enjoyed sipping wine, light snacks, and reading material. Just as I flipped to the second page, Val (Valery), my masseuse escorted me to the massage room. The aromatherapy massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. His long, firm strokes during the full body massage nearly put me to sleep on the plush bed. While each product seeped in, my neck, arms, back, and feet were treated to hot steamed towels and light massaging. Val gives one last rub on my scalp after finishing the back and front of the full body massage, and we’re done.
Once I arrived at the reception desk, products had been pulled for me but there was no pressure to purchase. I was so pleased with my experience, I have already scheduled my next session. Aria MediSpa got everything right and I will not be going anywhere else for my spa treatments!

This is hands down the best spa in Sterling!
I’m someone who’s no stranger to the stress that comes from a fast paced city life. We work, shop, party, entertain and try to keep up with our changing environment. So how are we supposed to relax and wind down? That’s where ARIA MediSpa comes in. I can honestly say this is the best spa in Northern Virginia as I believe it’s the little things that make a spa amazing.
When you first walk in, it’s like stepping into a different world. It’s cool and relaxing, and the staff is helpful and unceasingly friendly. It was my first time there, so I was shown where to change into my cushy robe, offered tea and a trip to the sauna, which was right in the locker room if I wanted. The lounge was warm and relaxing with comfortable chairs that I just wanted to curl up next to and nap. Just a beautiful atmosphere that made me feels extremely comfortable.
Within minutes I met my therapist, Sara, and was led to the treatment room. I immediately noticed how gorgeous the beds were; leaves fanned across the soft blankets. There was much attention to detail that made it extremly inviting. And the massage… WOW! I have extremely tense muscles that require a lot of work and before he was even done I could feel the stress leaving my body. His technique offered the perfect amount of pressure and balanced movements so it was effective AND soothing. All my concerns were addressed and he went above and beyond, instructing me on stretches to relieve my specific muscle tension.
I was in a bit of a rush as I was leaving, but still noted all the amenities they offered in the women’s room from cold water with lemon slices to products that I didn’t expect.

Love this place! Staff was super friendly, very helpful and did everything just right. I purchased a spa package and then went back for a facial. I seriously felt like a million bucks walking out of there the first time. My second time was just as amazing. I will be back for other services

Through the Aria Medispa glass door to an island of calm and serenity. The attentive staff smoothes any problems with seamless anticipation. Each and every staff person I encountered sincerely cared that I was doing well from the receptionist who greet me and offer tea and coffee, to the massage therapist and aesthetician who stayed longer with me to make sure that job is done properly. The 3 women with whom I bonded during the day spa came from all over the US and one from Europe- all different yet all succumbed to the magic of the “ARIA”. The organic scrub and mask produced from natural fruit, grown in Hungary innovatively prepare by company call Eminence. I enjoyed the feeling of mysticism around the labyrinth and felt that it answered some feelings of self – doubt I harbored on past decisions. I can see why so many guests returning back to this Spa as I will from now on. My close friend who came with me feels the same.

Wow! What a day! My boyfriend surprised me with the “All Day” package. I had a sugar scrub, body wrab, massage, facial and last the Bushka! I think that’s how it’s spelled. Basically it is a sauna for 20 minutes. The place is very clean, beautifully decorated and the staff was excellent! They did a really great job with each service and were sooo nice throughout! They provided us champagne, hot tea and fruit before we left. The Russian esthetician gave me a mini tour and told me their additional Russian sauna experience that starts with a V. Can’t remember the name. Seemed really cool though. We will probably come once a quarter and do this all over again! Love this place!

Aria Medispa is an amazing place. They’re open last year and the spa looks gorgeous! Add to that the fantastic location Dulles Town Center Mall and Country Side blvd. and you’ll feel like a million bucks coming and going here. I’ve never had trouble parking in the area.. If you need a snack before your treatment, stop by the Starbucks on the corner.

One thing I didn’t even know to ask about when visiting a MedISpa was the quality of the equipment: Aria MediSpa uses the top-of-the-line laser for laser hair removal, which really helps with the pain of the procedure (which isn’t that bad). I’ve also had an eMatrix facial (they have a great deal running right now that made it barely more expensive than an ordinary facial … and the results are stunning), skin analysis, and botox. Everyone at the spa is well trained, completely professional, and super friendly and nice. I HIGHLY recommend ARIA Medispa! The woman at the front desk Kaur was extremely nice as I was leaving, giving me Aria card, on which he had written a friendly note and product recommendations. They showed me the products but were in no way pushy which I really appreciated. I got to peruse my options freely to make my own decisions.
This really is one of the best spas in Sterling and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a break from life with people who honestly care about making you feel your best.
