January, 2018 Aria MediSpa and Wellness Center will open a new Yoga Center. Our mission is to offer yoga and meditation classes, workshops, and teacher training to our local community in a clean, beautiful, stress free environment.
We encourage you to experience the classes with an open mind and heart.
Our new 2000 sq. ft. yoga salt room is designed with a special Eco-friendly soft floor, along with controlled environments: humidity, CO₂, ozone, anti-bacterial, and anti-mold treated air. The yoga center has marvelous sound effects accompanied with harmonic lighting. Our green-minded space also includes spacious changing rooms with multi showers, personal lockers, and special private changing place. We’ll be serving cold-pressed juices and a selection of delicious treats available from our juice bar menu.
We provide soaps, towels and hair dryers to make it easy to start your morning (or any time of the day) with us. A variety of students come to practice at our kids friendly studio including college students, mothers, fathers, executives, law enforcement personnel, educators, and athletes.
Our yoga studio is a part of Aria Wellness Center that offers many therapies and treatments to help you restore yourself and find health. Our services are intended to restore balance and communication between mind, body, and spirit. We are located at Regal Center in Sterling where you’ll find many options just outside our door to stroll, shop or grab some tea or meet friends for a post-yoga bite of healthy food.
Hot Yoga 90 is a series of 26 postures with 2 breathing exercises practiced in a room at 105 degrees Fahrenheit, with 40 percent humidity.
Hot Vinyasa is a 60-minute flow based practice, in a heated room. Vinyasa Flow is a 60-minute flow based practice. The room is not heated.
The Beginners Yoga class is very gentle and open to all levels; it focuses on alignment and basic postures.
Spa Yoga is a restorative, slow-moving meditation in motion. Each posture is held 1-5 minutes, supported by bolsters and props for optimal comfort. Aromatherapy is also included to facilitate an overall relaxing experience.
Meditation. Prana is our breath and life force energy. Learning to control the breath and harness our energy in a mindful way is very powerful. Improving lung capacity, lowering blood pressure, stress and anxiety reduction, and depression management are among a few of the healing benefits of a Pranayama practice. We offer one-on-one meditation coaching, as well as group mediation classes.
